Never and I mean never change your phone number!! It took 6 months for them to fix it so it is in the system... but now I run into issues of "that email is already in use" this is just way too much to deal with for the highest priced and smallest selection in town.

Wanted to say thank you to the Deli dept for putting together a last minute party platter of deli meat sliders for me today… they were a big hit at my son’s bday party today - thanks! The deli opens at 7am, but the store is open 24 hours and the solo early morning checkout lady is super nice too and also bilingual… anyway, thanks again!

One of the worst jewels with the rudest staff at the checkout and never are the clearance prices right. I asked for a price check at the self checkout and you’d think I was bothering the man just watching us all scan our stuff and get paid. And the person he called didn’t even check the price and I paid more than was advertised. Go to any other jewel and don’t waste your time. Much nicer and more helpful staff elsewhere.
SO EXPENSIVE!!!! $150 for three bags of groceries is nothing short of criminal. I’m not supporting American brands anymore. ALDI up the street is 80% cheaper and will be going there exclusively. Response to jewel: Lower your prices. Saving $2 on blueberries does absolutely nothing to address my point above. You’re charging 3-4 TIMES the market rate for common items. You have no value to add to bring that price.

terrible customer service. all self checkouts said closed. alright that’s fine.... went to nearest employee, lady with brown hair, glasses, and short ponytail. this was after midnight by the way, to ask lady (with brown hair, glasses, short ponytail) then was able to checkout at (one lane was opened and i apologize for not seeing which one) ended up receiving extreme attitude and a dirty look for asking an employee a simple question about where to checkout. was not impressed. i’m for asking where i could purchase my drink at lol
Need more cashiers!!! With the price of food being soooo high who wants to check themselves out and bag their own groceries after spending all their money just to eat?! If you have a couple items maybe, but a cart full?! Noooooo! People work different shifts, or different hours…. Don’t have one cashier after 9pm and none after 10pm ish

I used WIC to make a purchase of baby foods. I still owed a small amount (everything should have been covered by WIC benefits). Tom F. Was called to assist and he was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate him. THANK YOU TOM!!!!!
