This location never disappoints! Excellent customer service, restaurant is always neat and clean. This place use to have good subs but this picture shows the hard bread they are putting out! Macy a manager that works there and was there on this afternoon is rude and unprofessional! She didn’t not helped but made the situation worse! I don’t know how she became a manager but they won’t get any of my $ anymore!!!! After getting the incorrect order through their app. I call and spoke to a manager who lets me know the order is still up there and that I can come and get it if possible.Keep in mind the store is 15 min from me. I agree, get up there and the order is in a corner. I see the time said 1:35 PM on the bag and it’s 2:10pm. I asked if they can remake it and the manager says he did remake it. I ask him again and says he did. I get home and the meat is warm on a cold sub!! The vegetables are warm and bread is soggy.
