The staff serving on 10/18/23 at around 1:45/2:00pm was the rudest staff ever, especially the girl cashier with the pink hair. She was unnecessarily rude, and it wasn’t even that busy in there. My app wasnt working so I apologized and asked if she could give me a minute and she started speaking in spanish to her coworker not realizing my boyfriend is hispanic and could understand. I work at a starbucks dealing with endlessly rude and entitled people; not once do i give them the attitude we received when we walked in. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love me some Mike's, but this location religiously messes up our online order (always placed thru the Mike's app). Sometimes there's an extra chip, sometimes your chips are missing and you call them and they tell you to call the driver like somehow it's their responsibility to refund you for not putting in the chips. Sometimes you get the oil and vinegar on the side as asked, sometimes they don't give it to you at all, or they put it on the sub and you get a soggy mess on delivery. Today we got day old bread and no juice. I've worked in sandwich shops, so it's hard to empathize. Service is always great when I go in person, though. If I could give 0 stars. I bought a sandwich with a hair black hair in it, my hair is light brown and blonde. Manager was very rude about it. Plus rude to the bus of kids and adults I brought there. Will never eat from ther again Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
