We reserved a Hibachi table for 10 People. It was my twin Granddaughters Birthday. My daughter and I arrived early and when we were seated we mentioned the air was too cold. We were told that's how it had to be and it will warm up when the table is on 9 so now we have to sit in our coats and freeze until the chef comes. The server snarled at us most of the evening and treated us like we were a bother to her. She serve my Martini and I mistakenly tipped the glass spilling some of the drink she came to help clean up all the while scolding me. Later once all our guest arrived she stood in at the center and ordered us to give our orders My sons both told her they did not want rice but instead extra vegetables she told them no no that ok you take the rice we don't charge you for it. When she got to me I told her I wanted F16 from the menu No No !! you tell me the name I don't know numbers OK Blessed Happy family meal. OK OK what Color Rice by this time I'm giving back what she's serving I told her you pick I don't know color. ( either way your going to give me what you want to give me) Story can go on and on about how rude this server was BUT Wait there's More.....at the end she brings me the bill I proceed to give her my Credit Card she comes back and While Im signing the receipt She proceeds to pick up my wallet > Opens it up> and shoves my credit card in. I was amazed at the audacity this server had the nerve to not only touch my wallet but open it. She could have gotten hurt doing something like that. Anyway long long story short I will never go there again Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I dined at this restaurant for a birthday party. The server was overwhelmed. He forgot everyone’s miso soup which came with our hibachi order. He did not clear dirty dishes for courses. He forgot drinks . He charged me for my glass of wine that he forgot to get and had an attitude when I spoke to him about . He even gave me an attitude when I asked for change from my bill and came back and rounded the change up shorting me coins and a few dollars. I work in the industry and this birthday party was just disappointing . I will not be back !!!!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I went there with my 2 kids and my wife. It only took 20min to get our food, and we ordered a lot! Food was delicious! I will most definitely come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
As a typical Chinese food take out place, Jasmine deserves 5 stars all day. But it's a bit lack luster as a sit down restaurant. Unless you're in it for the live Hibachi, the atmosphere is a bit cold, metaphorically speaking. There's often no music playing, so if you're there on a slow night it's off-puttingly quiet. Also, there are better places to get sushi in town, so if that's what you're in the mood for I'd go elsewhere. All in all my experience here is positive, so you won't regret if you end up at Jasmine. This is a great Asian restaurant with great variety, food, service & ambiance. The menu features Japanese, Chinesee and table hibachi. It is a large floor plan. They have an entryway, bar, booth & table rooms and several table hibachi rooms. There is a lot of seating. We visited in Feb on a Thursday evening. We were seated immediately and waited on immediatly. They have a great drink selection of wines and bottled beers. My wife ordered eight treasure chicken and I ordered a chef special of lobster, scallops and salmon with shrimp. They were large portions and unique to us. They also do takeout. Honestly, I am traveling from Maine to Texas happen to be hungry and stop at this place. The server completely forgot about my food after I placed two orders one for me and one for my husband all she says I'm sorry I'm sorry I addressed the issue to the manager and all she says was I'm sorry I'm sorry well sorry it's not gonna fill my stomach now. I have to keep on going on my trip hungry because the waitress is not well trained. Oh she's fairly new well guess what she was more concentrated And bigger tables, and that is horrible Service therefore I did not give her a penny, because at the end of the day I did not get a bite to eat just a Hot and sour soup, and an egg roll that's not enough food for an adult, the server 0/10 the Mgr. 0/10 as a traveler I give 4/10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

My family and I went in for lunch. They had plenty of tables and wait staff. We ordered the lunch specials and were very satisfied with the food. The Chinese lunch specials were brought out very fast and their portion size matched their cost of $10.95. We ordered a Mango roll which was just as good. No complaints about the food. The service was ok. Attentive but also a bit pushy at times. She came off too aggressive at times when it came towards the end of our meal which didn't make a good first impression on us at this restaurant. The whole place seemed clean. The bathrooms could use a better spray because it smelled like a55. For the quality of food, I would go back and give it another try. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Mid afternoon Sunday, we had to track down our waiter to take our order; AND to pay our bill. He seemed to think "my friend" said repeatedly would make up for ill attention. They are not currently doing buffet. Food was not bad, but it wasn't good either and quite overpriced for what we received. I ordered a large mushroom soup in the $5-6 range and got maybe? one smallish white mushroom sliced into a large bowl of watery broth. (See pic, I had eaten one small slice when taken.). The seaweed salad looked like a generous portion, but that was misleading...there were large planks of cucumber underneath propping it up. The eggplant chicken dish according to my partner was "not bad, but I have often had better". We both thought it overly sweet. Rice was not included in the price. California roll was good, but they were not generous with the portion, the roe, the krabstick or the ginger for the price. We paid over $50 and we're not likely to repeat the experience. I believe you can do better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Decent food! Went there for apps, and ended up having pork wontons! While they are not the best wontons I've had, the overall experience was nice, and I liked the atmosphere! My bf took the sake and liked it! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
