This was our first time at this Jake's and we will definitely be back! The burgers were some of the best we ever had and most importantly, our server was outstanding! Brittany is a ray of sunshine! Her attitude was uplifting, positive and so beautiful! Our daughter is an artist and drew her, we just LOVED her!! Thanks for an amazing lunch! Horrible service. Waited at the bar for 30 minutes just for a beer. Asked another bar tender for a drink since the original tender was too busy having a side conversation. I was served my beer. The manager stated that we were served too many drinks. At this point I was just handed my second beer. I informed the manager, I'll finish this drink, pay and leave. The manager took the drink and poured it out. I only consumed 10 to 15% of it. I told her, I'm not paying for that. She told me that I am going to pay for it or she will call the cops. I informed her that she can call the cops. The manager requested the cops to come. Even the cops told her not to charge me for the second drink. Even several witness confirmed what happened and stated that we were never rude to her. Come back months later and was asked to leave because the waitresses are "scared" to serve me. I got a Turkey cheese burger here. That party felt dry and uncooked or something it was disappointing. It felt like it was already made, and they reheated it. The fries were a little burnt witchI don't mind because I like crunchy. But the bun was very soggy, which was hard to pick up the burger. The services were great, the people worked hard here and got our food out quickly along with our drinks, and the atmosphere was okay. This is for my Door Dash order. First time trying. I ordered the one patty Jake’s and it was tasty.. probably too much burger patty ratio though.. get a double patty one if you order the poppy seed bun.. it’s a good sized burger! It arrived nicely packaged and pretty warm! The tater tots were yummy! I can’t comment on service or atmosphere because I had the Door Dashed. I have passed by this place, maybe 100x. My wife and I decided to give them a try. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The atmosphere was nice! The food was great! We could've shared a burger! That's just how big they were! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time coming here, and it's definitely worth trying out! The staff were friendly and accommodating. In fact, our server went out of his way to change the TV for my dad. Him and another staff member were struggling to get it changed, but they didn't give up even when my dad said it wasn't a big deal. The food was flavorful. Another win! Good food. Good customer service. Very nice place with an option to belly up to the full bar. There’s a beyond beef burger if you don’t want the real thing. Check it out let me know what you think. Btw you can wash and dry your hands at the sink. That’s new for me.

I heard about this place from friends and neighbors. The staff was very cheerful and friendly. Hunter was our server and he did a great job being very attentive and helpful. The mixed drinks were amazing. The food came and was absolutely delicious. My son, who usually comments "It's alright" when asked his opinion about the food said the burger was really good. I highly recommend this place for all and we will definitely be back.

I love Jake’s! They can’t go wrong. We placed a to-go order with Vandy on the phone, and he provided great service and double-checked our order before ending the call, and I appreciate that. Nothing is worse than ordering to-go and realizing they got it wrong when you go home. We went for something new, so we tried the December’s 48 Special Burger, and the Kickin’ Chicken Fried Bacon Burger. Both are really good! They both were large and full of flavor. Been wanting to go here.had a first day server and he was doing a great job. We liked everything, but seemed a little pricey and surprised fries not included with the burger. And the we ordered was a very small portion. Same goes for the green beans. They were good but seemed like where are the rest of them? Inside was nice and could watch games from anywhere. Burgers were great .
