This is a Chinese fast food, takeout joint. Our family has been patronizing this establishment for approximately 30 years. They can always be counted on to deliver, consistent quality Chinese dinners without any fanfare, hassle, or surprises. Would I put them in the class as a Ruth Chris steakhouse? Probably not. But I would put them as a reliable, good Chinese takeout that you can count on. They have, of course menu items, but also will customize the dishes to your preference. This place is ridiculous! We ordered at 6:15pm and they told us 45 minutes. We waited almost 2 hours and called to see when our food would be delivered. They had no idea what was going on and asked us to wait another 10 minutes. This is not the first time. They don’t care about customer service. Ordered small well done boneless b'cue ribs and pint of brown rice. Got rice with a tin of soft fat and hard gristle. WORST Chinese order ever had, including getting food poisoning from another, and told them so! And by the way... I've still never been back after four years and never will be. They truly lost a true "regular."
