Many visitors of this bar note that good belly pork, Caesar salads and bacon are served here. Nothing can be better than tasting tasty chocolate cakes, chocolate lava cakes and berry cakes. The wine list is extensive, every guest can find something that satisfies their taste. Affordable prices at JT Prime are good news for its clients. You will definitely like the homey ambiance and modern decor. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this place deserved 4.4.

We are from out of town and wanted a nice steak. This place is oddly set up. It is located at the end of a small strip mall. We’d read a review about the entrance being odd. It feels a bit like entering a haunted house then popping up in the kitchen. The kitchen is open to the dining area and honestly doesn’t look like much. We had the cessation salad which was wonderful served with delicious focaccia bread. I had the scallops, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband had the ribeye. He said the meat tasted good but had no cap at all. The service was nothing special. The wine we had was delicious. Next time we are here we’ll go elsewhere. The steak was nothing real special. Especially given the price. Price per person $100+ Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Ceaser Salad
It's easily the best food you're going to have in Yuma. The Chef that runs the place is punching miles above this town. One of the (maybe the only? ) bartenders there Heather makes some of the most consistently knockout drinks I've ever had. The food is regularly high quality. By that I mean to say that the menu doesn't go off the walls with changes, but is instead designed to be the best product they can produce, every meal, every night. I'm probably biased, and I recognize that, but this little spot is easily the highest quality food you'll find in this city and would fit in, side by side, with any of the places in Manhattan, Tokyo, Seoul, or Hong Kong (circa 2016) I've been to. Can't recommend enough. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Only steak house in Yuma that is open on a Monday as we were traveling through. We walked in around 430 and they sat us right away. Atmosphere is dark when you walk in so takes a minute for your eyes to adjust. We ordered the mushroom brushetta which was delicious but on the salty side ; the small Ceasar salad that was big enough to share but the dressing was heavily peppered. Usually with Ceasar salad they will ask at the table if you'd like ground pepper- he happens to have an allergy to pepper so was not able to eat it. The lemon herb chicken with pasta was so over Salted we had to send it back - waitstaff and manager tried it and agreed and said the recipe was made incorrectly. The rib eye cooked medium rare was tender and deliicious. It came with mashed potatoes under an assortment of sautéed veggies. Our waitress, Hannah, was lovely and did mention afterwards that the kitchen tends to be heavy handed on the salt , pepper and seasonings. Now we know to let them know before it arrives at the table. With that, we would definitely return when we’re in the area. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Wild Mushroom Bruschetta

I've been hearing about J.T. Bros Sandwiches for some times now, so I decided that today was going to be the day. The restaruant is pretty modern looking, black walls, black drapes and black and white pictures on the walls. It made for a pretty comfortable setting, we ordered the Spinach, Strawberry Salad and a Bacon, avacado, lettuce and tomato sandwich. And to drink, pineapple and berry infused water. The young man that helped us was polite and attentive, once we ordered we only had to wait a few minutes before being served. The salad was a decent size with plenty of strawberries that we pretty sweet. As for the sandwich my lunch partner said it was pretty big and had to take half for later. The pineapple-berry-infused water was decent, not to sweet. Overall the experience was a pleasant one. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quiet dinner at the bar, with a bartender who suggested drinks and food, including a few things that weren't on the menu but were absolutely incredible. The Mexican Old Fashioned was good, and he even dug up a bottle of absinthe on request to make a sazarac! The wedge salad was incredible, and the scallops I had as the main were perfectly cooked. All around good experience, I will definitely be back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely outstanding!!! Food, taste, presentation, service was amazing! Hannah was our awesome waitress, super kind, very funny and attentive. The whole staff was excellent from the moment we walked in. Food was beyond my expectations! Sizzling hot rock was super nice and fun to cook on. Salad was great and had a nice pepper flavor. Prime filet was my favorite cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were my husband’s favorite! I would give this place more stars if I could! Great job to the staff tonight. Thank you for a great birthday dinner Meal type Dinner
Cannot recommend this experience enough. I have eaten in fine dining restaurants in Vegas, NY, etc. and JT Prime could compete in any of those markets. I'm pregnant and was kindly offered a Virgin Mai Tai Mocktail upon arrival. It was sweet, pretty, and delicious! We started with the smoked waygu beef meatballs and they were flavorful and delicious. The pomodoro sauce made the dish. We also had the Caesar salad. I've heard such good things and the peppery salad delivered! My husband had the Ribeye medium rare and it was phenomenal. Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I had the Shrimp Costa Azul which is shrimp stuffed with crab, wrapped in bacon, and drizzled with a lemon cream sauce. It was filling and so freaking good. The veggies served with it were also top notch. Lastly for dessert we had the molten chocolate cake. Far from the cliche dessert you find in chain restaurants, this cake had the perfect ratio of ganache to cake and had the most delicious berry sauce to cut through the richness. The whole staff was extremely attentive and kind. I loved being able to see the kitchen and will request the high top next to the prep area upon our next visit. The kitchen staff was seriously hustling and it was awesome to watch them work (with obvious passion). Overall, an excellent experience. Well worth the price tag. Can't wait to go back!
MAIN POINTS: 1. Service is amazing! 2. Get the sizzling hot rock 3. Go ahead… order a cocktail. You will be satisfied. Happy hour rocks 👏 We had been wanting to try this place for a while and it was around 30 minutes before they closed for the night when we arrived. The host Enrique was very nice and didn’t even mention that they were closing soon. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to eat in their main dining room, but we had the bar area all to ourselves! Josh was our server and really made our night nice! Never rushed us even though we were in the restaurant past closing! Food was amazing and SUPER INTERACTIVE! My ultimate favorite meal to order is the wagyu meatballs with the pasta sauce over fettuccine 😍😍😍 it’s an off menu item but they will certainly make it for you! I would definitely recommend getting.... ✅ the sizzling hot rock 🪨 which comes with thin slices of beef sirloin in a spicy soy sauce with serrano peppers! —> This, to me, was the best part of our meal. It was fun. It made fresh (by me 😋and my boyfriend), and it just made a very different experience than just a normal sit down dinner. ✅ the Caesar salad with edible flowers 🌸 —> I tried an anchovy🐟 for the first time just because it looked so pretty! 🙊 ✅ the house made short rib ravioli topped with cabernet sauce, spinach, and heirloom cherry tomato Cabernet jus. —> The pasta part of the dish was delicious and nice big raviolis. The cabernet sauce was slightly salty to taste, but I still enjoyed the dish as a whole. 🍸🍸We did have 2 cocktails: The French 75 & a Tropical Bellini. The restaurant has a nice selection of glasses and a well rounded cocktail menu, but if it were up to me I’d make lots of drinks with Gin 👌 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Lovely ambiance and great food! I did not make a reservation but they still were able to seat me. The dining room and kitchen are in one space so you can watch the hustle and bustle. Although it's located off off a busy road (32nd St.), they did a nice job of making it feel private, kinda like a speakeasy vibe. Great place to take a date for a fancy occasion. The chocolate lava cake was the best I've ever had in my life, with some kind of salty buttery flavor. Also I will definitely return for the bacon-wrapped dates, which were even better than the ones at Chef Trujillo's other restaurant The Patio.
