There stakes aren't the same as they use to be they could take lots better then they do also Thay should tell people how many calories there is taking they can t even tell you that's wrong on their behalf I don't like js there food isn't all that good I don't know why they are still open since there s only one js remaining in the area

Service was great, the guys on duty were very pleasant. Called in a pick up order on the way home from work, basic cheesesteaks w sauce /onions /pickles (zero modifications) sub par for a cheesesteak place. Steak had no flavor, still wondering where the cheese is, sauce is bland. The best part was the pickles and those barely existed 4 little pickles on a 10" cheesesteak. Fries were odd, it was like 3 different types some were plain, some were seasoned and some seamed like they were battered somehow.... I mean for $29 for 2 cheesesteaks and 2 fries, I've certainly had worse. But we will be skipping J's for the foreseeable future. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Dated atmosphere Pretty yuck cheese steak. Boiled look to cheese steak meat. Clearly cooked and chillin on the grill as visualized when paying…a pile of meat sitting on the side of the grill. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small french fry. Burgers were good. The french fries i really like as they are cut from potatoes using the potato skin which gives these fries a great flavor and texture. You must try the french fries if you have not already. I called a few months back at 10:58, two minutes before they opened, I didn't realize. After the phone rang for a solid minute or so no one answered I called back at 11 and the lady roodly let me know that phones don't get answered until 11 "when we open!". It was obvious she didn't feel like it that day but she must remember that there's plenty of competition out there. Sometimes it's not always the costumer. I haven't been there since but maybe in the future but not yet. The lady didn't have to say anything at all but chose to. It was a beautiful evening while eating at Js. That's why I chose to sit outside. The Steak sandwich was excellent this evening. We got the two steak sandwich meal. Js has great coupons to help with the price. Just makes the meal even better. Juni Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't often review unless really good or pretty bad. Cheese steak with onion and fries $15 - very dry. I actually brought it back because they had forgotten the cheese. No biggie. However, I was wrong...the manager dissected the sandwich and said look there's the cheese...smallest sliver at the bottom. I asked if he could add more but said couldn't with ruining sandwich. Did nothing to rectify situation just needed to prove he was right. Maybe he was technically correct but on that basis the worst cheesesteak I have had. Restaurant on main make a fresh tasty cheesesteak, unfortunately they were on vacation....cheaper too. Poor, dry cheesesteak, no customer service.
