Very pleasant place with customer friendly waitresses and owner. The menu is a bit short, in my opinion, but it's understandable for a small restaurant. Service is fast and much effort is done to make it look well. I need to mention that the owner gave us a whole new roll because there was one piece missing. Amazing service. As for the food, the quality was ok-ish. The rice could have been rolled a bit tighter. Some rolls especially the special ones such as the dragon rolls, contain a little bit too much sauce, so that I can't distinguish the flavor of the other ingredients anymore. Then again, I am picky. Eaten there this weekend. Amongst the best sushi-restaurants in the Netherlands. No average stuff. Every dish has been decorated beautiful ... tasting delicious. Went in there blind, been served surprise dish after surprise dish ... every dish exquisite and sensational ... and the bill at the end ... very fair. The food here is good, but not very varied. The place itself is calm and minimalistic, service is good enough. Generally, it's all good, but too expensive even comparing to some interesting and famous restaurants in the center of Amsterdam or other big cities.
