My goodness was the service fast! There were 7 of us and we were seated immediately and our food came out within 10 mins of ordering. Our waiter was awesome and very patient with our large group. Great atmosphere and the food was as good as expected. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in the area. Kudos for great guest service.

Had lunch with my daughter for her birthday. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were a bit slow, but that did not take away from the overall experience.

The staff were great but the dinner food was awful. I ordered the pot roast with garlic bread and mash potatoes. First the roast tasted like it had be sautéed in dish soap making me physically gag, second the toast had a hair on it third the mash potatoes were cold in the middle. The waitress was great and didn’t mind taking it back and getting me a new dish which was great (it was the steak bites) but that dish didn’t make a grand impression on my taste buds either. The second dish was about $4 more but I was charged for the original dish which was great because I saved money but the ick I got from the first dish and the bleh I got for the second dish wasn’t worth paying at all really. But once again the staff were awesome it’s just maybe time for ihop to give up serving dinner foods.

Approx Wednesday November 30, 2023 at 1030am, me and my friend was seated. He requested lemon and water with the waiter, the young lady returned to our table and stated ( we have to pay 1.39 cents for lemon, i asked her why? she stated to us, it wasnt her, it was her manager. I requested to speak with him reguarding this manner: He explained to us, no outside drinks allowed, my friend had a tea bag, we pleaded with the manager, can we take the tea bad out, he stated no, we still have to pay reguardless, 4 lemons cost 1.39 cents, and this was something new. After that incident, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to order, the young was doing everything else, but take our order, how rude of this business. Me and my friend got up from the table and left, no need to argue with rude folks. I contacted the I hop headquarters reguarding this matter, and yet she could not tell me why, we had to pay for lemon. I felt discriminated against, we are african american people, with professional jobs, just got off the night shift, hit the gym, and was very hungry after a nice workout, this business fell to provide basic customer service. Places need to incorporate a strict diversity setting, this was not excepted nor ok. The head manager of the shop name Cecelia gave me a lame excuse about staff giving out free drinks, lemon and water is free, and if staff are giving out those free drinks, dicipline them, not us.

Trusty mainstay as a family friendly breakfast spot where everything you get is exactly what you expect. Plates are full, food is good. What makes this one stand out though is the service. They always take really good care of us. It's a little noisy, but it's IHOP!
