Stopped by for lunch after Outlet shopping. Waitress yelled across the restaurant that she'd be with us in just a minute. Waited 15 minutes to be seated despite empty tables. She appeared to be the only one there. Water came to the table & she disappeared. Another 15 minutes before we could order. Food took 30 minutes to arrive. The Pesto Veggie Benedicts were fine. The Lemon Ricotta Crepes were awful. They were the folded berry crepes with a tiny bit of lemon ricotta squeezed on top. There were only 2 of those and not 4. When we asked our waitress about them she said they made the wrong dish & she'd bring us the correct one. The same wrong dish was brought to the table. Both dishes of crepes were cold. They were thick & rubbery. I don't think it even qualified as a crepe. The bathroom was a mess. I won't be headed back to this Ihop (or any Ihop) anytime in the near future. Quick breakfast stop. My apologies no photos this time. We were happy with the service and the food. It definitely hit the spot. We wanted a quick place to eat, then run errands. Our service was very good. The waitresses knew some of the customers and the friendliness was impressive. Food did not take long. Overall great experience. Took a while to get service and order while sitting down. Took an hour of waiting for our food to realize that we weren't getting our food. Wasted an hour and a half for no reason. Sat next to the window looking into the kitchen and they were all just standing there. Went to Burger King and got my food in 5 minutes. Terrible. We've been there several times before and it was fine. On this occasion we were seated and after 15 minutes I asked if we could get some service. The waitress said it wasn't her site, but she would get someone, but she didn't. After 10 more minutes we left and w we nt to Denny's Atmosphere: 1

Was greated as soon as we walked in, which was nice. Got seated & helped fairly quick. Then food came & it was wrong & cold. Toast was cold with no butter, i asked for butter & it didnt even melt. Ordered crepes, now I know why I don't like them. Super gummy and just about tasteless. Our server was awesome except for wearing a mask. Seems the cooks were having a wonderful time in the kitchen.
