Had it not been for the manager, this would be 5 stars. We were told when arriving they were only accepted cash. No problem. We were seated by the kitchen, our waitresses was very nice and attentive. Our food came out and was delicious. What ruined it for us was we could hear the manager in the kitchen screaming at the staff in the kitchen. Then she got the wait staff together and was screaming at them. This totally ruined our experience. I would say she needs to go, but judging from the other negative reviews from past customers, this will not happen. What could be a great restaurant is terrible because of her. It never seems busy when I go by, so when I'm in the mood for pancakes, IHOP usually makes the best. I got the Fruity Tooty special, but I hate that strawberry syrup that comes with the strawberries. I wish they wouldn't add that. I asked for my bacon extra crispy, and I had to send it back, but they finally got it crispy enough for me. The Pepsi, however, tasted horrible. I'm not sure if they need to clean their machine, or why it tasted so bad, but I may have to try a different location next time. Service was good and I love the store in the front. We've Got A Lot

Cool gift shop in the front. Even though it was really not packed it took several minutes to be acknowledged by the staff even after 3 of them made eye contact with me. My server was great though. Food was good and fairly fast after I was seated Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

So many places to eat breakfast in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. After reading dozens of reviews and not being able to make a decision where to go, I just said "IHOP is always good" and we went there. I had the sirloin tips and eggs, very good! The sirloin tips had a VERY slight flavor of teriyaki, which I like, so that was good. Husband had a giant omelet. Delicious and filling. We went here two Saturdays last month, and Jasson was our server both times. He was great! Patient, personable, and attentive. The food was on point.
