You will be offered such food as good hash browns, sausages and rolls, come here and try them. Eating tasty crepes, French toasts and waffles is what many clients advise. You will hardly forget delicious coffee that you can taste. This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are average. Most of the time, the calm atmosphere is to be found here. But Ihop hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

The food looked good but The food sucked really bad!!. The burger was so greasy I couldn't hardly eat it could not eat even half of it. The crepe I had was good! My friend said that the Philly cheese sandwich he had could've been better. The bathrooms were so gross it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year!! That's both bathroom!! The kitchen door was propped opened and there was excessively loud music blaring. I couldn't hold a normal conversation with my hubby due to the noise. When asked to be moved or if they could close the door or even turn the misic down, we were told no on all accounts. Haven’t eaten at IHOP in several years. Recently my daughter and I decided to have breakfast together and chose our local IHOP restaurant. I was impressed with the variety of breakfast options available which made it difficult for me to choose. I was pleased to find the food isn’t greasy or over salted. I’m definitely looking forward to trying other things on the menu. One of the best IHOP experiences I've had. Chef definitely deserves a raise. Nailed the Eggs Benedict and the Lemon Riccotta Crepe. We had the monthly pancake stack as desert! Chocolate with more chocolate and some whipped cream cheese on top. Strawberry on top! Food was amazing as expected. So was the service. The only issue was how bad the Men's Bathroom smelled. Even after it was cleaned, it had such a strong odor in the dining area. Three of us to the IHOP this morning off of highway 34 and I-25 for some breakfast. The wait staff was fantastic, The environment was good, and the service and food quality both exceeded our expectations. Best IHOP experience I've ever had and I go to them often. We just arrived to Colorado from Florida on Christmas Eve morning and stopped at this Ihop on our way to the Grandparents house. Our server was Amazing and was on the spot with any of our requests. It was a great first stop for our week long vacation. Might have to make it a tradition to stop here first when we come out for our next visit. The restaurant had a funky odor when we walked in, like sour water, and everything was pretty sticky (but, to be honest, the place is known for pancakes with syrup, so…). Waitress was wonderful and the food arrived promptly and was delicious. Can’t go wrong with IHOP Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Impeccable customer service. From the moment we walked in we were acknowledged and greeted. Seated immediately and brought out beverages by Arlene. Dariel, our waiter was exceptional. I loved his plan of putting the menus at the end of the table to signify when we were ready to order. He took great care of us during our meal. The food... was ok. My mom ordered the Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted off/ sour, Dariel was prompt and urgent in his resolve with this. I wasn't impressed with the sirloin tips much either from the bite I had from my moms plate. I had the Spicy Pablano Omelette. It was ok. During our meal, I overheard Arlene give praise to the staff, the kitchen crew included. That was really awesome to see and hear as she acknowledged the great work and teamwork demonstrated by the team.
