I really love eating at IHOP! I love the fact that I can have breakfast at any time of the day. This place has excellent customer service and the food was great. However, I noticed that the inside of the facilities needs an upgrade, especially the bathroom. I will still be back because of their customer service. An hour of no service after being seated, the manager was spoken to about getting some water. The manager yelled at the server, then disappeared. Server was obviously overworked and needed more support. Manager never came back to check on table. Waited 2 hours to get food. Food was cold and tasted terrible. Bathrooms very dirty. Hi, my girlfriend and I didn't feel like making breakfast one morning and we had some downtime before we had to go to whatever appointment we had to go to for the day. Anyways, we sit down and we are greeted by Shelly who was an amazing and super friendly and attentive server! I ordered the breakfast crepes and had them with tabasco. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially how the bacon was crisped. So, I just wanted to say I love going here, no matter if its breakfast or a super late night meal. They were so full, but we had a lovely waitress that sat us and took our order and made sure we were comfortable as we waited. The food was great.
