I am so disappointed in this store! My brother ordered a huge flower arrangement with a vase. It was delivered on the July 18th for her 78th birthday. The person who delivered was very nice as he said it weighed a lot and my mom was unable to bring it in, so she gave permission to him to bring in. But the next day flowers already were dying! Roses look horrible and losing pedals. No fertilizer at all. When she called they said she needed to bring them in yesterday, but Julie was gone for the day and to call back the next day. ! She can't carry them!!!! This is how you treat your customers and elderly?! They are now saying she needs to call the tellafloral number. Which she did and hmm no records of said flowers. I'm attaching pictures to show you. This is not how to treat your customers!
Ordered my sister a planter arrangement from FromFlowersForYou shipped through this place for her 60th birthday. The reason I ordered this particular one was because of the planter. Well they substituted a flipping little tiny Easter Basket! This wasn’t even the same size I ordered! I was embarrassed! Disappointed! Disgusted! If i wanted a easter basket with couple plants thats what I would have ordered. I am so mad. Never again I send her & my niece flowers several times a year, will make sure HYVEE Floral is not the place my gifts come from anymore. Would love to post the 2 pictures so everyone can see how I got ripped off.

Autumn did a fabulous job putting together our floral arrangements for our wedding. So pleased with how they turned out! Highly recommend!!
I have used HyVee floral in Silvis for years and have never had a complaint. They do great work!
A huge shout out to Renee who helped my brother and I pick out a flower arrangement for our brother's funeral! Her suggestions helped us choose the colors and type of flowers best to honor his memory. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! She went above and beyond what we expected.

We ordered an arrangement online for my father's funeral and got something completely different and lower quality than what we ordered. When we took it back to HyVee to get a refund we were told that they had partnered with a florist in Galva to fulfill our order and we would have to contact that florist for a refund. Seriously? Why is that the customer's problem? Won't be ordering flowers from HyVee anymore.
