The dinner menu has something for everyone, from the traditional Swiss dishes like fondue and raclette to beef dishes and Australian lamb loin. The portions were plentiful and the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant also offers local wines and beers that pair perfectly with the meals. The only downside is that the restaurant closes at 9 pm, so be sure to get there early. All in all, Hotel-Restaurant Blümlisalp Grindelwald is a great place to stay and enjoy some amazing food with stunning views. Highly recommended!
