Hoss's Diner in Quinte West is a classic diner with a modern twist. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the 50s and 60s vibe, complete with a great collection of memorabilia. The ordering process is unique in that you order and pay before sitting, but it works well and food comes fast. The food is good, especially the poutine and BLT, and the coffee is next level. Hoss, the owner, and his wife Karen are incredibly hospitable and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive.
