This place is not what it used to be. Once the fries changed to crinkle-cut, the quality of their food went way down. When I first tried Holdaak, there a was a tatted Korean dude with a man-bun sippin' on Modelos as he cooked, and the food was top notch. Not long after the pandemic, I think the place was sold to some profit monger and the food was never the same. RIP pre-pandemic Holdaak. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Highly recommend the Seoul spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The fries are phenomenal 😋 I don't know how they keep that light crispy crust on the fries but it's fantastic 😍😍😍. Look out Dave's hot chicken there is a new sheriff in town and they are Holdakk....
