We recently hosted a baby shower at Harbor Lights. It was amazing, and the guests loved the event. The food was excellent, plentiful, and exceeded our expectations. The water view room was elegant, bright, and the setup was incredible. Alexandria was great to work with, and she accommodated our every need. Her staff excelled in the service to our guests. I cannot wait to return to dine there, and will definitely host future events there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They actually paid attention to the fact that I said it was my fiancés birthday when I requested the invitation ... that says it all! 02/10/24 Update! We went back (we're now married) for Valentine's Day... we had to go early because she has surgery on the 13th... AMAZING as always! No one here was friendly. We got here a few minutes early prior to our reservation time, and someone immediately came outside and told us to move our car. Staff was very rude and condescending. Food was OVERPRICED and mediocre at best. I do NOT recommend this place at all. They even sang happy birthday to the wrong person at the table. Humiliating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t even know where to begin. This is the worst restaurant experience I have had in recent memory we had a reservation on Christmas Eve at 6:30. It was 8:10 and we still had not gotten our main course. Our server Dominick was non-existent and when we complained to the manager Alexandra she blamed us saying that the food takes a long time to prepare. We ordered lobster tail and a rare steak. Please. She was rude and un accommodating. No apology no comps nothing. Horrible manager. No people skills and zero restaurant acumen. A total disaster. McDonald’s at least gives service with a smile.
