Siamo sfortunatamente capitati in questo locale per la cena del 31 Dicembre (raccomandatatici dall’hotel Lonca) e siamo rimasti molto delusi. Il locale è molto datato e il servizio è abbastanza adeguato se non fosse per la qualità del cibo che risulta essere molto bassa. Gli alimenti sono probabilmente di scarsa qualità ed abbiamo avuto dolori di stomaco per tutta la notte. Non metto in dubbio che ce la mettano tutta per fare bene ma siamo lontani anni luce da una qualità quantomeno accettabile.

La stanza era pulita, ma già lì finisce…frigorifero vuoto, luce che non funzionava. Servizio era pessimo e un posto assolutamente da sconsiderate. Tra l’altro non parlano inglese non hanno nemmeno una e-mail…va be lasciamo stare..,,

Stayed there for 3 weekends. Everything was very clean and the host was very nice (he was able to speak english and german). Breakfast was huge and you had a lot of choices.

Wir haben lange geschwankt, wie wir das Haus nun beurteilen sollen. Es ist an sich ein schöner Ort, sehr zentral und in einer hübschen Altstadt. Unser Zimmer (und auch die, in die wir sonst mal reinsehen konnten) waren kürzlich modernisiert, komfortabel und in gutem Zustand. Die Ausstattung gerade der grösseren Zimmer ist allerdings sehr unterschiedlich, und weder über die Website des Hotels noch über die üblichen Buchungsplattformen war herauszufinden, welches Zimmer denn nun was bieten kann (unseres hatte beispielsweise einen Kühlschrank drin, in anderen soll es Möglichkeiten zum Tee kochen geben... )||Gleichzeitig haben aber die übrigen Bereiche des Hotels, sei es nun der Frühstücksraum, der chaotische Innenhof mit der Spielecke - bei der uns bis heute nicht klar ist, ob sie nun zum Restaurant gehört oder nicht - oder der Hinterausgang, durch den man ausserhalb der Restaurant-Öffnungszeiten ins Haus gelangt, ihre beste Zeit bereits hinter sich. Der Chef des Familienbetriebs gibt sich Mühe, allen gerecht zu werden, und geht auf Wünsche und Anliegen gerne ein. Die Umsetzung leidet dann aber daran, dass dieses Hotel wie so viele an Personalmangel leidet - und so arbeiten diejenigen Leute, die hier sind, offensichtlich auch in Bereichen mit, in denen sie nicht besonders geeignet sind. Dass sie dazu wenig motiviert sind, lassen sie einen dann gern auch spüren. Das fängt beim Frühstück an, wo man sich die Bedienung aktiv irgendwo suchen muss und die Vollständigkeit sehr davon abhängig ist, wer gerade dafür zuständig ist, geht über die gern auch mal spontan geschlossene Bar und das Restaurant bis hin zur Zimmerreinigung, die auch eher dem Zufallsprinzip folgt.||Das ist schade, denn das Haus hätte viel Charme und Potential - aber um das auszuschöpfen, braucht es mehr als günstige Preise und einen motivierten Chef!

Doy una estrella por qué no deja dar 0. Personal demasiado lento y despistado. Más de 45 minutos por una simple salchicha. Sin duda hay restaurantes mejores en Kranj y no recomiendo este.

We order two chicken salads, end up getting only one. that one salad i get is a fish salad.

Se siete italiani non ci andate. Dopo un ora ancora non ci avevano portato nemmeno il bere. Si siedono degli sloveni vicino a noi in un minuto avevano il bere. Mi sono alzato e sono andato a lamentarmi (cosa che non faccio mai), loro maleducatissimi invece di chiedere scusa. Per cui presumo che lo facciano apposta.

Només hi vam sopar i no ens hi vam allotjar. El menjar va ser molt bo, especialment el gulash. Ara bé, vam haver d’esperar molt de temps, més del que toca. El personal també va ser amable, tot i tenir força feina.
