10/10 hands down! Cassie’s customer service is incredible, and as a customer service professional myself I really enjoy someone with exceptional customer service! Cassie is awesome and so is her coffee! We’ve tried every coffee shop in Medford and this is by far the best. We also tried her energy drinks and her frappes and I was impressed! She just opened up and is well worth a try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cassie is the nicest person! Very helpful with suggesting a drink I would like. The Snow Bunny iced is soo delicious! And the lotus refreshers are like nothing else in the Southern Oregon area! There are so many fun drink I want to try. Can’t wait to be at Gobi’s coffee bar again!
