We visit here frequently. On this occasion we had an emergency that required us to leave shortly after ordering our food. Our server quickly shifted gears and arranged for our order to go. Took a tad bit to do that but it all worked out and our food was still great when we ate later Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came into glory days yesterday and had Annie. She was the best server I've ever had in my life. She was attentive and funny. I'm a server and she blows me out of the water! I wish I could have her energy and spirit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We eat at this location 2-3x each month but tonight’s experience was amazing! First, our waiter, Nick, was smart, knew the NEW menu by heart and was attentive. When the entrees were delayed coming out of the kitchen (we didn’t notice the delay), the new manager (Jenny) removed the entrees from the bill. When my medium-rare steak arrived well-done, Nick immediately ordered a new entree and brought a to-go box to take the old steak home for our pets. Jenny then approved voiding the entire bill (again without being asked) and came to the table to apologize for missing their service goals marks. I also noticed that the restrooms now have very clean floors (no more sliding) and are well stocked with functioning door latches, soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers. My husband and I love glory days especially this location it is our go to spot. This particular visit our food didn’t come out correct or as expected. You could tell our waitress was stressed and just doing her best to hold it together . She delivered the food and explained that the staff was having a rough night. She then asked us what do we want to do . Would we like remade food or just call it a night. I being pregnant was happy to wait for fresh food. I also come from a restaurant and fast food background . So I have a lot of patience especially when a server has a positive attitude and is trying to fix the problem. So our server went back to the kitchen and got us all new food within 15 minutes. It was delicious 🤤. The manager was also extremely apologetic and waived our entire bill. Which my husband and I were at least expecting to pay for drinks . That for me was above and beyond what they should do to make the situation right . So even though it didn’t start as our best visit . The staff made sure it still ended on a good note ! We will continue to be loyal customers because the manager and the staff take care of their guests . Sure food is what brought us there but people are what keep us coming back !
