The gentleman working on 2/15 around 2pm was amazing! He recommended a drink that was phenomenal (white chocolate caramel cookie) and even gave me a small sample of the drink! He was super friendly and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Asked if I could order a banana chiller and add chocolate and the girl said “do you want to just get the chocolate banana one we already have?” And I said sure didn’t know you had one and they proceed to call out this berry named drink and I didn’t think it was mine until miss attitude walked around the corner to inform me the chocolate berry drink was mine. Very gross and I expected more intelligent employees. Rude girls. Need new staff who understand what customer service is. Whoever does the hiring process should also be reevaluated.
