This was my first and last time visiting this place. There was a discrepancy with my order that resultedin me being over charged $3.75, the clerk who took my order even acknowledge the issue and refused to fix it nor refund my money. Poor customer service, staff is rude, dismissive and not well trained. The food was not good, the potato was dry and not seasoned well. I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have not had a bad experience. Potatoes are good and flavorful. Customer service is great as well. The ambiance/atmosphere is outdated, makes you just want yo get your food and go, lol. Nevertheless it doesn't affect the friendly service and great food. I’m so pissed right now. I’m new to this area and figured I would give them a try for lunch. It took them an hour and 5 minutes to make 6 wings and some fries. My lunch is over and I’m never going back. I haven’t even tasted the food and it doesn’t matter. Wings take 12 minutes to cook. What are y’all doing making one meal at a time?
