On Wednesday, we went to Fuji, when we got there, we got a calming booth. Then I had shrimp tempura, but the batter wasn’t the kind I liked. Then I had the beef ramen which wasn’t all that good. We thought that all the food that wasn’t our favorite was not worth the money Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Drinks were not what it should, asked server twice for no mint leaves in my drink and still got mint leaves in same drink twice, the grill was very salty, couldn’t even eat. So much soy sauce in fried rice which I couldn’t even eat without taking a sip of water. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Food is delicious, whether you go for the sushi or sit down, or if you go to the hibachi side. The hibachi chefs are very well trained, funny, and overall very fun to have around for a nice dinner. Highly recommend for anything from a family dinner to a date night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We took our 8 year old granddaughter for her birthday. It was a Saturday at lunchtime and not very busy. The presentation was fun for her, but shorter than I’ve seen at other places, which is fine. They didn’t do the onion volcano, just a big, hot ball of flames which was somewhat annoying but part of the show. The food was okay, overcooked shrimp and chicken, but the rice and veggies were good. The lunch portion is good and a good price. If you want the experience without the cost, go at lunchtime.
