Worlds slowest deli counter, bring a book and a chair. You will be here for a while
Pick up is awful, waited 20 mins and no way came out to bring my groceries, tried calling 3 times and no one answered, the lady finally brought someone else’s groceries out and stopped her and let her know we had been waiting for over 20 mins and she said she was the only one working. Poor customer service.
Bad selections. Crowded. Few cashiers open. Almost never any hand baskets near the doors. UPDATE: At least they seem to keep more cashiers open more often and the handbaskets are available now regularly.
It’s ok. Not the best fry’s I’ve been too and some of the staff can be rude.

The store is nice, the staff are friendly. Shy of the occasional rude customer, it's not a bad place to shop. Yes, more expensive than Walmart, but then again, everyone is ... shy of WINCO.

I've been shopping at this Fry's since 2000 and it's where I go when I want to get my groceries at a great price. Yes they are on occasion out of stock but nothing like the other stores.
Fry's siempre es muy bueno , pero está enfrentando falta de personal para trabajar, a veces en horarios donde hay bastantes personas no tienen carritos disponibles
Richard with the short man issue has a major problem with customers. Each time I have been here and the scanner does not work he thoroughly turns the turnstile and checks each bag. This time he made the comment "just making sure you didn't throw an extra one in". I approached him after this and asked if his name was Richard, his comment "I don't know" I know this can all be verified by reviewing the video from the self checkout. This is the 3rd time he has pulled this stunt. I scan one item and then he scans the rest. This unprofessional worker needs to go to stocking the shelves and not working in customer service. If he continues to work self checkout or as cashier I will take my business to 91st and Olive where Otis is a much more professional cashier.
Been coming here over 2 decades. But when they won't honor coupons on their own app that say "CAN USE AGAIN", that loses a customer. Has happened twice. They just say oh well basically. It says you can, but you REALLY cant. Time to find a new place. I wound up paying $5.50 each for all of my pepsi Packs instead of $2.99 each. Almost double. I had 5, I put 2 back, and I, myself, won't be back.
My fav place to shop! All the workers are fabulous! Great customer service
