I have given this location 3 to 4 chances extremely long white times in the drive-through and two out of the four times food was wrong. I am not upset with any of the employees there. It’s just poorly managed will not ever come back to this location and I have spoken with many people that have the same experience. Hopefully they can get it turned around at some point. Tried them for the 1st time. Had a #1 combo. Burger, fries, and soft drink. Was good. Burger reminded me of the old-time burger smashed flat on a flat top grill in the 60's. Fries were like, just larger than, shoe-string potato chips. Overall, you need to try for yourself. I thought it was good. Will definitely come back again. Super annoying when you place an order, they read it back to you, charge you for it then don’t give you the food, to add insult try calling them, you’ll get a voice message cause they know they cheated you but also know the 10 dollars they cheated you out of Isn’t enough for you drive all the way back to get your food, they know no one wants to be the inconsiderate person who holds up the drive through line to look through a 3 person order, so they get your money, you get a mad teenager that didn’t get their food and you the parent get a voicemail that might as well say we don’t care. Way to go Freddys solid business model. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Too many kids working here without proper guidance or a manager to oversea operations. The Freddy’s in Lenexa runs smooth. This Gardner one is ridiculous and I haven’t been back since last time getting the wrong order. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
