I had the chicken aristocrat and it was the best eggplant sautéed with chicken. I got steamed vegetables without pasta. I had plenty of leftovers for another meal. I accompanied my parents Friday evening for a delightful dinner at Frankie's Italian Grill in Beaumont. The atmosphere was warm and inviting when we walked in. The lighting was not too bright which made for a quiet ambient atmosphere. Daniel quickly greeted us with a warm cheerful smile. He got our drink order and brought them out momentarily along with the most warm buttery garlic homemade rolls that I'm sure he slaved away for hours to make. He was very helpful with dinner suggestions and always very polite. First, we got beautiful house salads that came with each of our meals. When we were done, our food came out promptly, hot and delicious. I ordered the blackened salmon alfredo over fettuccine, and LAWRDY let me tell you, it was the best creamy alfredo sauce around. The salmon was perfectly cooked. And I had forks from every direction trying to get a bite off my plate. My mom ordered the special of the day, which was the Mahi Mahi Piccata which came with a beautiful assortment of roasted buttery vegetables on the side. My dad ordered the Salmon Piccata which came with angel hair pasta along with the same roasted vegetables and a delicious white wine creamy sauce on the salmon and pasta. Everything was beyond 5 stars and we raved about it long after leaving the restaurant. Service was impeccable. Food was memorable. And plenty of leftovers to relive the experience.
