Must be under new management or ownership, because the lady running the front desk now (so called manager) is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My Husband could hear her bitching about us in the kitchen when he went back, because our order wasn't right the first time. He is almost 100% sure she flipped him the finger as well when he was leaving. When I called back, because the order was yet again wrong and the food was poorly made... she argued with me on the phone and refused to give my money back even when our order was wrong twice and we had to drive back twice. Very rude. I've ordered from this Fox's many times without any issues until tonight. I am not sure why the change, but both the food and the service have went downhill dramatically. I will not order from this Fox's again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
