Good food and good service! Been there 3 times now, tried their Belgium waffles with strawberries, the waffle was nice a crispy on the outside and thick and fluffy. I've also tried their French toast and that was also great! I forget the name of the other dish I got, but the red and green chili with their potatoes is so good!

Having been in a few times over the last week, my family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our meals at Flying Tortilla. What have made our recent visits especially memorable is our server, Wendy. She is prompt, friendly and professional. Impressively, she also remembered my prior order exactly from a few days before! My experience at the Flying Tortilla was excellent! I had the chilaquiles and a side sopaipilla con miel. I was with a party of 10 and our waitress, Wendy, was fantastic! She made sure our drinks and stomachs were full and provided speedy and efficient service! Our food came out in a timely manner and everyone loved what they ordered. A few of our party members shared the churros and ice cream, which I would highly recommend! Overall my dinner at the Flying Tortilla was wonderful, music was great (Texas country), and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
