There's not enough praise to bestow upon El Pastorcito. Our experience was wonderful. The service was attentive and engaging. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant. The menu was creative and offered a fair variety without being overwhelming to look at. The food is exceptional, and there is a sense of creativity that makes these dishes unique and far more flavorful than your "run of the mill" Mexican cuisine in the area. The ingredients are quality. There is an effort within this restaurant that is rarely seen anymore. There's an appreciation that emanates from the owner, and he sets a positive and cheerful tone for his staff. THE BEST FOOD EVER! I've been looking for over 4 years to find a place that reminds me of Las Vegas and the real flavor of Mexican cuisine. Here I found it. Homemade chips and salsa. Real flavor, excellent taste, so good, so GREAT! THIS PLEASE IS SO WORTH THE EFFORT. I drove 30 minutes from where I live to get here, and I WILL BE BACK OFTEN. Great little spot to enjoy the evening. Very clean environment with an amazing staff that clearly takes great pride in the jobs they are doing. I left so happy and excited about my visit that I immediately wrote this review. Ever visit one of those places you feel guilty for not sharing about with your friends? No?
