Our food took 25 minutes from ordering and receiving the entire order. There seemed to be some confusion with our order and the grilled cheese sandwich was not ready with the rest of the order. While tray was sitting on counter the fries and coffee were not hot when we received order. They were warm not hot. If customer service is not priority in any business the business may be no mas. Good sandwiches and nice service. I love to buy breakfast, their variety of juices and plates it's good. Also, their oatmeal is the best.

Sándwiches were good, fries no so good. Paid almost $20 for (2 sandwiches 6.49 each) (2 fries 1.17 each) and (2 bottles of water $1.79). The cost of the sandwiches were reasonable but the fries and water were overly price. If I do return, and that is a big IF, will only ask for sandwiches.

Very slow, they never get your order right and when they do they dont clean their grill so you get a bun full of burnt veggies from the order of the person in front of you. I would not recommend 3/10.

Very good and consistent with their cooking and taste. Love the coffee, oatmeal and toast. I've been to many of their stores and Ponce and Hatillo are amazing.

It was good. The service was fast. But my sandwich once i got to the table I notice the bread was warm but the meet was cold. I went back to the counter and ask for them to reheat it and they told me they couldn’t because once’s out it can go back to the kitchen . So in a way is good but maybe they should think of having an microwave just in case something like that would happen again ...
