This is good restaurant that you can get good Puertorrican food in the Heart of Guaynabo City, just in front of the Mario Quijote Morales Coliseum. It's also like a sport's bar and it has karaoke on Friday nights and some Saturdays. They have served Guaynabo for more than 20yrs and I have very good memories from this place. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time visiting, was a very welcoming place drinks where good nut yuca mofongo was a too salty and carne frita was overcooked hard to chew. Appetizers where amazing we had bacalaito, empanadas de queso. A little renovation will help the look of the restaurant. Well, I must say, the staff is very friendly, a high plus having valet parking, specifically and especially given the fact that there's barely a place where you can park your car. The food is awesome, the stewed beans were very good, just a little bit salty, but good. Bathroom, small, but it'll do the work, Lol. We asked for the chicken breast rolled stuffed with sweet plantain, topped with mushroom sauce. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
My experience last Sunday was unpleasant. I order a “ mamposteao rice” with “pastelon de amarillos” and it was food that which taste was not only for a re-heated food from days cooked it was also with a taste to rotten food and rotten odor. It was so so unpleasant that I almost barf !!! When I told the waitress ( which was also the only one working for a Sunday shift) she immediately told me “ I will not charge for it” more than a concern from her I notice like if she already knows food was not fresh and it was from days over heated. As we say in Spanish “ No Vuelvo” !!!
Food was delicious, really, really delicious. The service was excellent. Our server Shakira was outstanding. We were a large party, celebrating a birthday and she took really good care of us. Kudos!

Let me start with the Red Sangria, it's fruity--with body and a kick. You can't stop with one glass so might as well get a pitcher to share. We both had steak and grilled onions with a side of arroz guisado, green salad, and amarillos (sweet plantains). I smiled and ate at the same time! Our plates were clean when done! If your looking for authentic PR food, make a stop here and have a good time.
