We stopped by and this Girl took our order not very personable not a problem then she says 10.70 no problem I give my card get my drinks and leave. When we get back home 2 hours away I have a charge for 11.70 this is a Fireable offense. She was a little look at window I should have known something was wrong but didn’t ask for signature or anything. I'm a big fan of Dutch Bros and usually have a good experience with them. This location needs some improvement though. Service was really slow considering how many people were working. Once we got to the window the server verified our order three times and still tried to hand us the wrong beverage. If I'm ever back in Astoria I'll give them another try. We come here quite often...The music is to loud, we have to yell to place our order. They always mess up on our order somehow, we order it with whip cream every time. They forget. They are to busy talking to one another and dancing or singing to the music. I prefer the one in Seaside but it's a little out of the way. I went to Dutch Bros in Astoria & bought a 16oz. Mocha for 4 dollars & some change then I went to a Dutch Bros in Longview & bought the same 16oz. mocha it was 5 dollars & some change. I just love yelling my order. Do you think that maybe, just maybe the music was too loud? 🤭🤫 Before, we could say anything, she says "SPEAK UP " (not, please speak up) I pay for extra chocolate and that's fine. I hate that I have to complain about this. About a couple months ago I informed one of the girls if they could let their manager know that I didn’t want a specific broista placing my order or serving me. I love the environment. I usually love the service and the girls. I cross the river and Dutch is the first stop. Today. I asked one simple thing and I asked if I could have one of the other girls take my order. She was unprofessional about the situation and didn’t listen. She was not nice at all. I know the girls there are determined to have speed, quality, and service. But with this one simple request I had and I wanted to avoid issues. She argued gave me attitude and instead I told her as a customer, customers have the right to avoid service. It didn’t need to become an argument. It ruined my day. And I needed to address this. Poor service on her behalf. Just overall the experience was immature. It didn’t need to escalate. A little disappointed. And I’m afraid as a costumer buying product I decided to just get a water instead of purchasing anything because the interaction was very unnecessary.
