When this location first opened its was so good . Drinks were good and line moved fast. After all the training people left it definitely fell off. Lines are long and multiple times there was nobody coming out to take orders so I had to back out of the line. I normally get the golden eagle hot. With whip and extra caramel but seems like some of it is forgotten to be put in my drink. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The coffee is delicious and the staff is friendly, however the wait time is ridiculously long for a drive thru coffee place. Been here several times now and it's between 20-30mins wait in the drive thru lanes. If they can work this out it'd be 5 stars!
