I used to enjoy coming to this location daily for coffee, but recently there’s been a specific worker here who has made that once enjoyable experience, one that I despise. This worker, Ivy, has been nothing but rude every single time I have the displeasure of encountering her. It’s to the point where I don’t trust her to make my drinks! I’ve been going here for years.. There’s so many pleasant people who work here, and it’s a shame that one person has managed to ruin it. Waiting in the walk-up line for 27+ minutes in the morning when I need to get to work, while others who have ordered way after me leave with their drinks way before me was the tipping point. Ivy is the reason I will no longer be going to this stand daily. Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was having a bad day. My car broke down, and I had to wait for a tow truck. I saw dutch Bros coffee and decided to get a coffee. I told the 2 kids working what was going on, and the young man working said I can't really do much to help u, but I can buy u a coffee. So sweet. I live 50 miles from this coffee stand. But I will go out of my way to come back any chance I can. The coffee was so delicious. I wish I had caught your name. Ty for making my bad day better. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The male and female at the place were really nice and very patiently accommodating. I cannot drink coffee but my Mother loves this one drink and knows what to get but I always get boring hot chocolate so I asked them to make me a fun hot chocolate but they don't have soy milk and I don't drink what the milk they have but they made it work and I tried something new. I also love their cold non-coffee chocolate drinks in the summer. This location is not by me but I try to come by here for a treat. Absolutely the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Understand working alone and being busy but the way the girl who was working the window last night was so off putting I wouldn’t touch this location if my life depended on it. I know I’m not the only person who has experienced this. Whoever the girl is you have working the window at night is bad for business. Love the staff and the creative drinks. Always a great experience. Go by a location. Have a good drink and tip the staff well, they definitely deserve it! Rain or shine they are there giving amazing service. I am a self-proclaimed Dutch Bros junkie. I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to get that sweet sweet sugar rush. After being introduced to DBs a few years ago my life has never been the same. I have been to so many Dutch Bros and have never had a bad experience, this location being no exception. We moved to the area in the last few months and this has become part of my commute routine, sometimes even twice so my husband can have a treat on the afternoon. The one drawback to this location would be the parking lot. It shares an entrance with McDonalds and the exit to get back on 99 can get pretty congested if you’re there during peak hours for both (pro tip, there’s an exit to 16th that’s accessible through the back). The line can get really backed up and there has been at least on occasion that I’ve had to go somewhere else just so to the line. But the staff are always super aware of having someone out taking orders, which does make the line go quite quickly. As with all Dutch Bros locations, their full menu is only available online or via the app; which definitely can be annoying for people unfamiliar with how DB operates. But I had the opportunity to hear an interaction the other day between an employee and a walk up customer who had never been before. They were kind and patient, explaining what they were known for, what they recommend and giving a few options while also explaining the online/app-based menu. The staff here are always so awesome, love the enthusiasm they show whether it’s at 7am or 5pm. And can we just have a moment to celebrate sticker drops? Those are the best days. All of this to say, Dutch Bros is my go-to coffee stand, love the location and the staff. Price per person $1–10 Service: 5

We go to Dutch Bros everyday at home and never had such a bad experience. The lady at the window refused to make our drinks the way we ordered even though we paid extra. She was very rude and needs to learn some customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We normally have great service but today was way off. An employee decided to hold up the line for 10+ minutes to play with dogs in a car that was waiting in line. So I pulled around and drove to the front of the line. I was then followed by the same employee that was playing with the dogs and was told that I can’t cut in line. I told her I was confused because it looked like she was playing with the dogs and not taking peoples orders! I continued to drive to the window to take my order and lady said that it was an employee in the car that was ordering from the app…. makes no sense. Do better. I will never be returning to this location. Very disappointed. . Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

One of my favorite coffee places to go. Coffee is good, staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. They have three sizes: small, medium, and large, their large is seriously huge. Download the app and you can points towards a free coffee.
