Second day of not getting any Baskin products and getting stuck in the drive-through. This is beyond ridiculous! Baskin needs to pull their franchise from this location. It's always an excuse! They only have one functional ice cream display. They have to get ice cream from the Springhill location as apparently this location can not store ice cream in this location. They're constantly out of ice cream here. I spend more time trying to get a Cappuccino blast than actually getting one. It's not the staff this is horrible management, and they have three locations in the area. Maybe they need to downsize. I've never been one to complain, but this is beyond ridiculous, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. At least have the decency to put a sign at the entrance to the drive-through stating that you are out of a product or whatever excuse you have this time! As a long-time customer who regularly spends $20-$30 dollars a day, I need to look for different options. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
