Donuts were hard as soon as I got them and had no filling (boston cream). Service wasn't exactly stellar either, the worker got our order wrong 3 times before we even left the store. The only good thing that came out of it were the coolattas.

I have never been in any Dunkin where it runs efficiently. There are usually 5-7 people milling around, one cashier available who is usually incompetent.
