Shannon at this location is amazing and so so pleasant! I don’t often leave reviews but had to share. I rarely have had a good experience here and visit often as it is the only one on the way to Yale where I am often. I’d avoided it for a while but was in a bind one day. Glad I gave it another shot! They made the wrong coffees. When ask to remake the coffee to the correct one. They didn’t. They just added wipe cream and gave us the same cup that says the wrong coffee order. These employees are just lazy and don’t care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Slow isn’t slow enough to describe. Messed up drinks all the way around. Doughnuts were blown out and terrible. The people were nice but definitely were not ready for 5 drinks at once. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

They were so busy, but they handled it like Pro's. People need to spend one day in food service to Really understand what it's like to have everyone screaming at you. Great Job to the staff. No drive thru. I'm cool with that tho. The workers are ON POINT! I've never had an issue here not once not ever. Restrooms stay clean too. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

I have waited almost 2 years to write this review- trying to give this DD the benefit of the doubt. As this is the closest DD on my morning commute, I go there almost every day. Lately, the staff has been very rude. I’m okay with an order being made incorrectly (accidentally), but I do not appreciate being told that it is my fault. Almost every other coffee shop will always correct the customers order without complaining. Also, when it’s 7AM and the drive through line is long, I try to go inside to order. However, the staff locks the front doors. The DD app and Google hours show “walk in” and “drive thru.” However, the customers are physically being prevented from going inside. One time, the drive they line took 35 minutes for 7 cars. Lastly, the last months their signs advertise for pumpkin and pumpkin related coffee offers, however, I have been told that there is no pumpkin flavor. I just don’t feel like this DD cares about their customers and it’s unfortunate as it’s in a very convenient location on 34.

Okay so how do I give this place 0 stars? Absolute disaster of a staff, everytime I go in they're plain RUDE and DISINTERESTED. I actually don't mind that if the coffee is good but it isn't either. I have given this place a lot of chances and just cannot anymore. People go for their morning dose of caffeine and they just spoil the whole experience. They never have anything ready, hot coffee is never given with a stopper(burnt myself in the car), iced coffee is always a disaster made without heeding to the instructions. Yup worse dunkin ever!

There are two girls here in particular that are great!! I wish I knew their names but they are wonderful and the crew I’m familiar with is amazing. They are great at managing time and put out food. I came in for a to-go order and they were very busy and those two women made me feel welcome and called me by name. It’s always nice seeing them and they are very sweet! I work Tuesday-Saturday and they always get my order out within minutes. I love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️
