The lady that took our order was rude as hell and she couldn't hear me, she was an elderly woman then she proceeded to give me an attitude to which I responded using my manners and humbled her. The ppl that were there were so loud it was a group of men and one woman, they weren't eating or anything but were super loud. Then this one elderly man thought it was ok to try and look at my child in a weird way so I had to check him smh. Go through drive through save the hassle Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The amount of times I have this place another shot was way too many. I live in Middletown and I get my coffee there most mornings. I get my food at this dunkin and whenever I don't get a coffee they always every single time mess up my order. I simply ordered 3 doughnuts this morning and they charged me for 3 and only gave me 2. The best and most efficient DD I have ever experienced. Safe to say I’m a regular and get greeted by name almost every time. They’re wonderful and good at what they do.
