Nice location, clean and updated inside. Ordered ahead on the app but somehow ended up waiting longer than the people who just ordered in the store?! It’s like they forgot about my order! My go to place for my daily coffee and refreshments. Yes, it gets busy depending on the time of the day, that’s why having an app is a great help, as you can order ahead of time. Staff are generally customer friendly, but have the habit of talking with their own language when conversing with each other - I personally have no problem with that, especially if it’s done to give a clear instruction to a coworker, but I understand how some customers find that rude or annoying. Very very unprofessional and rude people working at this location, it’s my first time encountering this level of hate from anyone just for asking them to use a clean knife due to allergies, tried to be as nice as possible but did not receive the same energy back.
