The food is fine but service is horrible and it's not like service is expected at a dunkin. Employees were extremely rude during the addition of the self serve. No one in the store but I was given attitude because there was no sign saying we NEEDED to use the self serve. I decided to try again, and the reason this post is here is because I had to wait almost 30 minutes during a slow time just to get two easy items. They don’t know how to make coffee properly. I won’t be coming to this location again, they didn’t know how to make a large ice coffee, ask to remake it they did and only added some sugar, didn’t remake it. Ordered and paid for a blueberry filled cobbler donut, was given a blueberry donut instead and just rudely told they don't have it.

This dunkin used to be really good,their service is ok, but they changed to paper cups and it is not the same as it used to be, they are trying to save money, but we are paying the same price for coffee,that no longer tastes the same. The cups are a different size,the ice to coffee ratio is different, and the coffee tastes different. I will take my business elsewhere, where I can get the coffee I pay for.

My son and I were stranded because my truck broke down. I had to wait for my brother to pick us up. The two lady in this location were soooo sweet and kind. I thank The Most God in Christ that they were they. They made my day. I was having an awful day and their act of kindness made me feel better. Thank you so much.
