The wife and I stopped here tonight and the coffee was absolutely disgusting. It tasted old like it sat all day and we got donuts that were stale as well. Coffee tasted like water and mud. I shouldn’t even call it coffee I don’t even know what I tasted, literally took one sip and it’s disgusting. The bagel sandwich was mangled and burnt. Doughnut was good but also crushed. I don’t write these reviews often but this needed it. Used to like the dunkin here but third time back and last.

Don’t even bother with their glazed donuts because you’ll end up getting a plain, unglazed donut in its place. I have no idea why, but this Dunkin’ seems afraid of the glaze, so all of their “glazed” donuts come out almost entirely plain. Same with the munchkins about 90% of the time. This is the second time I’ve gone there the last few months, and they forgot to give me my food order. They could clearly see me sitting at the drive-through after they handed me my coffee and finally gave me the donut. If you are in a rush, don’t go here. You will wait at least 10 minutes even if it’s an online order. I said thank you to the lady after handing me donut and she didn’t even respond. Maybe I caught them on an off today but it’s frustrating to use the online app and not have it save any time or get good customer service. Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Counter person was not patient with me using the rewards app. Manger did not put customer first. First terribly bad experience at this Dunkin donuts.. current staff should be replaced. I got coffee through the drive thru this morning, it was the same guy working this week as last week. He got our order wrong last week so this week I made sure it was right before I drove away and I had to go in the store to get it fixed. I've had some ok experiences here, but this last one finished it for me! Coffee was the worst I've ever had! Tasted like water with a little bit of flavoring added, no coffee flavor at all! The employee half heartedly tried to make it better, but failed.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels in store. Got the coffees in a timely manner, however bagels were given to drive through customer. Now 20 minutes later still no bagels and ZERO care from any employee here. They seem to be too busy talking about smoking where its not allowed instead of paying customers. Id avoid this place!!
