I've never been so upset where I felt compelled to write a review. I stopped in today and I had to wait a little while as they left their mic on and talked about their personal lives while they had me on hold. whatever, I'm a completely understandable person as I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years now. Eventually, I was greeted with no hello and ordered what I have been for years, I noticed the price was about 5 dollars higher than usual. Instead of explanation, the lady on the mic responded with a rude and condescending tone, saying I'm wrong and this is always the price and "I don't know what you've been ordering but this has always been the price" ok?? lmao. I laugh because I already saw how this will pan out. She immediately starts up with me and her tone, all while her coworkers gang up on me in a screaming match. I eventually got my food, it was burnt and hair all over it, the hair was hidden on the bottom as if I wouldn't assume they'd throw it on the floor and stomp on it as if I haven't watch Waiting. I wish I could give a lower star.

Service and atmosphere is great. Coffee on numerous occasions has tasted like perfume and cigarettes. Tried giving them many chances but recently went and ordered a medium coffee, when I got the coffee it was less than half full and smelled burnt as if they gave me the discharge cup. The lady made me a new coffee and did state whoever made this was pitiful. My breakfast sandwich and hash browns are sometimes not cooked so I have to ask for new ones. Idk if it’s because they are so busy or what but it’s not it. On a positive the donuts have not missed a beat!
