Went through drive through, coffee was made wrong. Went inside and asked for a new one. Brazilian woman with short dyed blonde hair and glasses was unbelievably rude & handed me the exact same coffee. Go to a different dunks Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always have a good experience here on Main Street. Darryl was so helpful today, making recommendations when I couldn't decide. (The Caramel Latte is awesome!) And Christine, at the window, was so friendly! It's so nice to see cheerful faces when I drive through! Thank you!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THE MANAGER AND JONATHAN!!! They make my coffee perfectly everytime and usually have it ready by the time I get there!!! Amazing people and coffee for the start of the day!!!
One stars all I can do, but I’d go negative if possible. I go there once a week and with the virus going around I order ahead, I’ve used the On-The-Go part before everything was closed down as well and yet my foods never ready, they always make it once I’m there.. whats the point of ordering ahead even when its slow my foods never ready and somethings always wrong or I’m missing parts of the order every single time. How many days do I have to get a bagel changed from what I ordered and never get any type of refund, or how many times are my coffees missing the milk AND the sugar or the creamer? Def going to another Dunkin, gave you guys too many chances and each one was another mistake.
Hi , Dunkin......A lot of mistakes, Team leaders Don't keep watch. I myself left at pickup Area Inside Dunkin noticed by leader of shift My order was not received and not even marked......So yes To Day Sunday 10/3/20 Same thing asked repeatedly to the order Working window....wrong size coffee and Said I DID not say that to him. Customers ARE WRITE ALL THE TIME WHO IS GIVIN GO AHEAD WITH THAT, WILL DROP BUSINESS HORRIBLE......THEN YOU NOTICE THAT AND THEN YOU ARE OUT.3 TO 4 % IT SHOULD BE SAID . AND THAT FIXES EVERYTHING.. Horrible service, I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and some more for me to get my order. I got a small frozen coffee with extra caramel swirl and no whip cream, I got no caramel extra whip cream and it tastes like an extra turbo shot of how strong it is. Frozen coffee is not strong they use coffee syrup
The service there was super quick and the order was correct, and having DD Perks on my phone makes it even easier! I even did the mobile ordering once and they had my order ready and waiting for me by the time I got there to pick it up. I don't live far from my nearest Dunks, so I was really surprised that they had it there waiting for me!
I went there stood at the counter today. Said hello, continued to say hello while 3 workers ignored me. I was trying to get service but I guess the conversation they were having amongst themselves was more important than working. Highly disgusted with the way I was treated. Walked out without making a purchase. I'm working & on the clock, I don't have time to watch people talk & not work.
They dont seem to care or have any sense of urgency for people who go inside to order. I stood there a few different times and wasnt acknowledged for a min or two. I work in the restaurant industry and it doesnt matter what youre doing you can always say hi to the guest at the counter or a quick "ill be right with you". Im not a big dunkins fan anyways
Most mornings when I go through the drive through on my way to work, there is just the most delightful woman who always has a super cheery 'good morning!' Never fails! Even though the drive through line looks long, it moves quicker than going inside, I've checked!
