This place has unfortunately become a bit of a joke amongst where I work and the other places of business directly around us. Your food will be wrong every time. Whether you order online or in person. No pleasantries, they act like they're doing you a favor, and then when you tell them your food's wrong, they stare at you like you're the worst person on earth.
At first I thought it was just me, so I started having other coworkers order for me. Food is still wrong. I get it, I work retail and I understand things happen. What I don't understand is how they happen consistently.
The food you get half the time isn't even warm, cheese is not melted, bacon is bad. It has left such a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) that I go out of my way not to go there or recommend it to others.
Go across the street to Wawa, at least your food will be right, avoid this place.
