I don’t live close to this dominos so I never go back to get my food made right. I don’t know if they just don’t pay attention when they’re baking stuff cause most of the time the cheese on whatever I get is almost pretty burnt. I wouldn’t have a problem taking it back if it was closer. I used to not have this problem but now I do. I got the Buffalo chicken pizza and this is what it looked like. I didn’t check it until I got home. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I've never had an issue with this dominoes. They now have a drive thru! And I love the app update. But this specific location is such a blessing for the peninsula. The delivery drivers are always so nice and fast. The facility is always spotless, overall love having this location out here! We ate here and had a fantastic experience. We had 3 pizzas 1 thin crust Hawaiian 1 thin crust pepperoni and a regular crust pepperoni We also had 1 order of Cinnamon bread twist and all were super delicious and hot. WE WILL BE BACK!

Vince went to pick up our online order of 2 pizzas and a chicken caesar salad. When he got home, he had 2 pizzas and no caesar salad so he called the Pottsboro, TX store and told the gal (Marisola or something) the situation and 3 times she replied "you have to go online, order the salad again and then we can cancel or credit your order." That doesn't even make sense. Do they not teach them simple math? I asked her to simply credit the card but she repeated the stupid instructions. Why would you pay twice for something you didn't get? Then he had to come home to his cold pizza. Very poor service.

This Domino's is a Joke. They don't even deliver to half of the town there in and its the smallest town in North Texas isn't even a complete town either hire more people, or pay better so people care enough. Its ridiculous that the Gast Station down the road will go out of there way and do anything for anybody when it comes to there pizza, its also way better tasting and service. Just delete this Domino's from existence. it's a waste of space.

I’m only sad that delivery wasn’t available, yet I saw the delivery car twice. Smh could’ve already had this lovely food!! Otherwise, flawless performance & very fresh!
