If they do not feel like delivering to you they will just call you and say you are out of range, even after they have delivered to your address for more than a dozen times in the past six months. We have pizza about 3 times a month and always from the Dayton Domino's. Pizza is always hot, on time and correctly made. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Always a pleasure

50% Awesome 50% Trash! Half the time I order, the driver or whoever is responsible for the order directions, doesn't follow them or notify the driver. Half the time I order, quality and effort, have been put into the pizza, and the only reason I still continue to order from this location. The other half, it's terrible, poorly made, low amounts of sauce unevenly distributed, shady amounts of ingredients, you can clearly see whoever made the pizza, isn't for domino's. To the person (and they should know!) that makes the pizza when it's amazing! Keep up the good work :^) I appreciate the dedication and care you put into your job of quality pizza making!

I only gave them a one because there wasn’t an option for anything less. When I received my pizza tonight it was the wrong pizza. I immediately called the restaurant and the kid that answered asked if I got the Philly Cheesesteak pizza and I responded yes. He then told me that I needed to hold on and wait for the manager. I told him I didn’t want to wait for the manager, I just wanted my pizza. He told me to hold on. He never did put the call on hold and I could hear the manager and the kid talking about me. The manager got in the phone and the issue escalated from there. She was rude, disrespectful and a horrible representation of this business when I asked for a refund after going round and and round with her, she stated that I would have to go there for my refund. I’m not sure who owns this place but there have to be better managerial candidates than this girl.

Unfortunately I love Dominoes because this one is awful they allow the staff to speak to customer’s as they please I had a huge issue with undercooked beef, pork, and chicken and paid allot for my order and the shift manager Tabbi was allowed to treat me with disrespect she will get “talked” to…. For not only not trying to resolve my problem but hanging up on me twice making it clear she was not concerned about the repercussions from the store manager, I asked that she call and apologize and that the supervisor call me that never happened but when I called to get the order replaced a week later the supervisor was working at the store and said she never found time… then wanted to only replace the undercooked items which was 4 of the six items I ordered because the staff pulled my food early from the oven due to having a time to meet! She did replace the whole order but was reluctant, was my issues resolved?NO! Hopefully the corporate office will be more understanding and make sure all of their employees treat customer’s better and retrain at all level’s not only safe handling procedure’s but how important customer satisfaction is, will update this review until then beware that your food is cooked because if not getting the problem resolved is like pulling teeth and the staff will most definitely not be required to treat you with respect don’t expect it!
