Wish the Register would scan the sale prices right. Especially the Digital coupons. Ugh!!!! So sick of it You can't see when cashier is ringing up your Groceries cause you are having to unload your cart by the time you are able to get up to see the screan there done scaning and can't see what price each Item was when u ask about the price was on things ( and i have alot of sale items) they get upset and mad at you. Also when you ask ( they don't ask anymore) for carry out they get upset and don't really want to.

poor customer service. asked to get our card rang in manually due to it being broken, waiting on the replacement and the broken card at home but provided a picture and was laughed and cussed at by the cashier.

I have to go to all the Dillons in town in order to get most of the things on my shopping list. Had to go to 3 of them to try to find Organic milk and none of the stores has any in stock. They are fully stocked on all the other conventional milk. They don't have any competition in this town, so they don't have to provide any items or service that people deserve.

If you can find a different pharmacy I would recommend it. There techs are very very unprofessional. I could hear them gossiping in the back about my medication. If I had the ability to provide evidence to a lawyer I would totally get them in trouble with a HIPPA violation. The young gentleman working was nice and told him people are not nice here. He said tell me about it I don't know why I work here.

This dillons is a smaller dillons. But it has more unique items. If you're looking for specialty meats or sauces. I get my dried peppers here. They have more of a selection. They have tripe and stuff you won't find at some of the other dillons in town. It's clean and usually well stocked. If you can't find certain items for a dish, I would try here.

My husband is too nice to say something, but I am not. The man getting carts around 7pm on 4/8 was extremely out of line. My husband was getting the kids into the car while loading in groceries. He still had pop on the underneath anyway and the employee getting carts stopped and yelled at him "you not gunna put your cart up?!" Excuse me? One, still loading in groceries and 2- nope not leaving children alone in the car to go find a cart corral, that's YOUR JOB.. sickening.

Always had a good experience from this store. My family has been going to this store for over 50 years. I've moved out of town now & came back to help my parents , now my mother has breast cancer. My 81 year old dad & I went to the store for groceries early because of this virus & my father was disrespected for some reason by the cashier Adan for being friendly to Andrew the carry out telling him to have a good day. Adan rolled his eyes, but when we first walked up my dad asked if he was open he shrugged his shoulders & said ya like we were already bothering him. I did call the manager & he did say he was a good kid, but not today when I needed him to be. I will be going else where now to find someone who is a "GOOD KID" when I need to see it not hear it from a store manager. These times are craxy in the world. I don't expect to be treated like I'm bothering someone when I giving out my money that's hard to come by now.
