Well, someone told me that they had the same experience after I told them about my bad experience, so that's 3 new customers that they lost on a 1st visit. Donuts and kolaches were just fine. Complaint is that my order was 24 and some change but I was charged nearly 26. I should have requested a receipt as others mentioned but I didn't read reviews ahead of time. I did ask the lady and she said it was because I used a card to pay. I told her there was no sign stating this and she said she had taken it down. I let it go because I just didn't want to argue this morning. Lesson learned. The girl that was running the counter, shee was nice, no complaints on that part. My issue really is the quality of items, availability of options & pricing. It's very convenient as far as location, so that is sad but probably won't be returning.
